Trailer Brakes

Not only do we specialize in automotive brakes, but we also work on all trailer braking systems, whether hydraulic or electric. We do everything, from changing out pads or shoes to completely rebuilding the braking system. An electric braking system relies on power from the vehicle to travel through the trailer and into the drums via wires. The power is sent to the trailer via a brake controller.

Brake controllers

Brake controllers are a must for anybody towing a loaded trailer. A brake controller is mounted inside the cab of the truck and wired into the brake pedal so that when you press the brake pedal to slow down your truck, the trailer brakes also engage and prevent your trailer from pushing your truck. Without a brake controller, the weight of your trailer could push your vehicle right off the road, causing serious damage.
